The presentation of the plaque came after a brief talk given by Patricia Mellor on the background of the chapel and the Trust which was followed by a short slide show from David Rogers highlighting some of the more significant progress that has been made on preserving the chapel over the past several years. Bill Edler made two presentations as well. One was to outgoing board member Dr. Michel Couret who was given a certificate to mark his years of service to the board and the building. The second was to Anne Sinclair of Merrimack who was presented with a framed, limited edition picture of the chapel for her significant generosity as an individual contributor to the preservation of Wheeler Chapel. The ceremony was followed by light refreshments and an open house. |
